Ggod Body Youth is a structured functional movement training program designed to develop young athletes from the ground up. Every session builds the body, sharpens the mind, and instills the discipline that carries beyond sport into every area of life.

This is not generic PE. It is not rep-based exercise. It is a system that teaches children how their body actually works — and gives them the tools to use it at full capacity.

How the Sessions Work

Each session is structured in phases that progressively build athletic ability. Children are challenged at their level and advance at their own pace.

Foundation

P.A.M. — Pre-Athletic Movements

Every session starts with foundational movement preparation. Posture, balance, joint activation, and neuromuscular wiring — teaching the body to move correctly before it moves fast.

Core Training

D.B.C.M. — Dynamic Balance & Core

Exercise ball work, stability challenges, and core activation. The body learns to stabilize, adapt, and generate force from a strong, balanced centre — the foundation of all athletic movement.

Coordination

Compass Footwork System

Precision footwork sequences that build agility, proprioception, and spatial intelligence. Children learn to move with intention — every step calculated, every transition deliberate.

A.F.M. — Advanced Flow

Movement sequences that combine everything — speed, coordination, balance, and athleticism in one connected flow. This is where young athletes discover what their body can really do.
